Tourism Barometer's

Dover District Council and Visit Kent are working to streamline the way we request information from you, so that in future you only have to complete and submit one form. In order to achieve this Visit Kent will in future collate the visitor levels data from our individual attractions via an online form, your details will then be added to their database and you will be contacted monthly by them to complete your figures.

All the information collated is confidential but Dover District Council needs to obtain permission from you that you would like to participate in the Barometer and that you are happy for your information to be shared between Visit Kent and Dover District Council. This ensures that we will be able to continue sharing accurate district wide figures with the tourism industry.

Benefits of collecting the figures helps both Kent and DDC provide vital information to you and national tourism organisations like Tourism South East and Visit Britain.
