Shopping in Dover, Deal and Sandwich
Take a step back in time to when shopping was a pleasure. Good
old fashioned charm and a wide range of small, individual shops,
which sit happily alongside some of the larger more recognisable
chains.
Head down towards the north end of Deal - you'll be spoilt for
choice. Pick up something nice to eat in the Italian and French
delicatessens and check out charming gift shops like Greencades and
Carried Away.
Along in the medieval town of Sandwich, you can expect small and
unique in abundance. Beautiful clothes and jewellery can be found
at Calico - you can even find an antique clock at The Clock
Works.
Dover has a number of little gems. Mostly scattered around the
Market Square, places like Curiosity, Dover Museum and The White
Cliff's Gallery all offer something to wet the apetite for
spending!
