 who formed in 1992, White Cliffs Greeters have

been set up to advise visitors how to make the

most of their time and enrich their visit to White

Cliffs Country.

Town Hall ToursDover Townhall

Dover Town Hall (the Maison Dieu)  was originally 

built as a hospice, to provide temporary lodgings for 

pilgrims travelling to the shrine of Thomas a Becket at

Canterbury and for the care of wounded and destitute soldiers.
