2012 is a major year for celebrations in the UK!
London is hosting the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic
Games
from late July through to early September and 2012 also
marks Her Majesty The
Queen's Diamond Jubilee. This will be marked by national
celebrations over an official Jubilee Weekend on 2nd to 5th June
2012.
On Wednesday 18th July 2012 Dover is set to shine, as it
hosts The Olympic
Torch with exciting evening celebrations and don't
miss the spectacular Dover Tattoo over the weekend of 1 - 3rd
June!
The impressive historic garrison of Fort Burgoyne has
been chosen
as the venue for the 2012 Dover Tattoo. Featuring
massed bands, exciting displays and a
spectacular grand finale with fireworks
and music, there is something for everyone to
enjoy.
