The Seaward Gallery is run by Gerry and Penny Bearman to exhibit paintings by Penny Bearman in a community friendly, attractive setting at the heart of the "creative corner" between the seafront and Deal town centre.
Its aim is to promote and explain the joy of painting, to provide an affordable painted portrait service, provide a venue for teaching workshops as well as hosting special art events.
