In medieval times, The Butts in Sandwich was a practice ground for long bow archers.

This free event, organised by Sandwich Medieval Trust, will demonstrate the power of the longbow. Enjoy archery demonstrations, a competition for experienced archers and the opportunity for others to have a go.
