The Leon String Quartet team up with Richard Navarro (voice, violin and piano) and Nicholas Thurston (guitar and double bass) to present beautiful and uplifting contemporary folk songs rooted in the history, wildlife and landscapes of East Kent. With a wide range of styles fusing elements of jazz, classical, contemporary and cinematic arrangements, the programme features new arrangements from Richard Navarro's 'Let go light' and 'Firewatching', and new works from 'On the wing' and from composer Matthew Brown.
