An independent cafe serving up delicious, homemade breakfast, brunch and lunch daily. Also a micro-roastery, Hog & Bean roast their own coffee beans on site and grind to order for you to drink in the cafe or to takeaway and enjoy making your own coffee at home.
Every day of the week they serve up traditional English breakfast alongside a variety of tasty brunch options. For lunch, there is a daily hot and cold menu, including a selection of made-to-order sandwiches, as well as soups, salads and other dishes.
Their much-loved afternoon tea, or high tea, is as classic as they come. Available for bookings of two people or more the Hog & Bean afternoon tea includes a selection of teas, finger sandwiches and sweet treats, all of which are made in-house.
Opening hours:
The Hog Box, the cafe's street food outlet, is located at Sandown Castle Community Gardens and is open for takeaway drinks and snacks daily from 9am to 2pm (subject to change; please check their website and social media channels).
