Enjoy a 60-minute private session for up to 5 people for £60 with use of cold water plunge baths.

1-hour sessions can be booked from Thursday to Sunday 9am to 5pm.

To ensure a comfortable experience, please:

  • take a towel to sit on
  • drink water to stay hydrated
  • wear swimwear and flip flops.

Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after this period will result in losing your booking and payment.

  • Suitable for 16 years+ (16-17 year olds will need to be accompanied by an adult)
  • Seats 5 adults (based on standard airplane seats sizing)

The converted horsebox sauna is situated near the entrance to the park - look out for the signposts.
