Penelope Turner returns to Charlton Fine Arts with her superb one-woman show: Hildegard Revisited, an authentic, unique approach to performing medieval music and the contemporary works it inspires. Penelope sings Hildegard von Bingen’s 12th century chants alongside her own compositions that set this uplifting music in a 21st century context.
Before the concert there will be a short participatory session during which Penelope will introduce the 12th century musical notation from which she sings.

Cash bar opens 2.30pm. Concert starts 3pm.
