Multisport event of a swim, cycle and run starting from Dover Leisure Centre. Organised by Deal Tri, the triathlon for adults consists of a 400m swim, 14km cycle ride and 5km run. In addition to the triathlon, there is also a junior aquathlon (swim and run).
