Make your very own hiking or walking staff in this workshop run by Natural Pathways.
During this one day practical event you will be given the tools and guidance of how to make the most of your staff, stick or crook. Choose from various seasoned wood (including hazel, ash or maple), and decide on the length, width and design.
Learn how to:
- strip and shape the seasoned wood correctly
- safely use the tools (all materials provided)
- carve, wax or varnish your staff.
- Materials and equipment will be provided
