This riverside restaurant, built in the 1980's at Fisherman’s Wharf, has been extensively refurbished inside and out. There is a new seated courtyard, beautifully designed bar area and an upper-floor balcony with views overlooking the River Stour where you may even see the opening and closing of the actual Toll Bridge!
The Toll Bridge's ethos is about offering you great service, food and affordability. The food concept is unique, marinating and gently cooking in a smoking oven, allowing flavours to penetrate and serving up dishes such as tender meaty ribs, salmon and juicy chicken wings. There are also vegetarian and vegan dishes, plus generous sides to compliment every part of the menu. Freshly made desserts, pastries and bread are made daily by their baker.
The drinks menu has a great selection of cocktails, beers and lagers and a choice of carefully chosen, local and worldwide wines.
